Here's How to Get In Touch with Us…

If you are already here you need help.  Not that kind of help!  Just help with something related to ToyFlow.

Please try to make sure your email doesn’t go to the wrong team.  If you send an email about a problem with an order to our warehouse team you might not get an answer as quickly as if it went right to customer service, get it?

If you see something on ToyFlow that doesn’t look right or is unclear, such as a product description or a policy:   comments@toyflow.com

To request a return of a defective product – not a product your kid didn’t like or was the wrong shade of pink…but actually defective (e.g. broke in shipping before you opened the box or didn’t light up after you put the batteries in AND checked they were inserted the right way):  rma@toyflow.com

If you need to change an order BEFORE it shipped or to resolve other issues shortly after making your order:   customer@toyflow.com

If you are a manufacturer or reseller who wants to discuss selling your product or if you see a really cool product you think we should sell:  purchasing@toyflow.com.

If you work for a web community, blog, magazine, TV station, newspaper, are any other kind of media person, or a celebrity (with a kid named something like Apple, Brooklyn, Fuchsia or Tallulah) who loves our site:  media@toyflow.com

For information on our advertising rates and availability:  ads@toyflow.com

If you live in Montreal, Toronto or upstate New York and are interested in working for ToyFlow, email a resume and tell us what you’re good at:  careers@toyflow.com

Corporate Mailing Address

We want to keep the post office and couriers in business so if you need to get in touch with us to tell us what a great job we’re doing or just send a postcard, write to:

ToyFlow, Inc.
27 Maguire Street

Montreal,  QC,  H2T 1B7

email: info@toyflow.com

Please, please, please don’t return a product to us without prior authorization in the form of an RMA number.  Honestly, our guys in the receiving department are pretty smart but they are clueless when they get boxes that don’t have proper information on them.  In fact, it is possible your return may end up in some dark corner never to be heard from again.

Better yet...

ToyFlow sells many toys from the companies you know and trust.  Lost the instructions or missing a part?  Something not working properly?  We assembled the following list to make it easier to get in touch with the manufacturer directly.  It will be far easier and quicker to reach out to them directly if you have any product-related questions.
