Please try to make sure your email doesn’t go to the wrong team. If you send an email about a problem with an order to our warehouse team you might not get an answer as quickly as if it went right to customer service, get it?
If you see something on ToyFlow that doesn’t look right or is unclear, such as a product description or a policy: email@example.com
To request a return of a defective product – not a product your kid didn’t like or was the wrong shade of pink…but actually defective (e.g. broke in shipping before you opened the box or didn’t light up after you put the batteries in AND checked they were inserted the right way): firstname.lastname@example.org

Please, please, please don’t return a product to us without prior authorization in the form of an RMA number. Honestly, our guys in the receiving department are pretty smart but they are clueless when they get boxes that don’t have proper information on them. In fact, it is possible your return may end up in some dark corner never to be heard from again.
